About LUFT
LUFT is a volleyball team and tournament community based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Website Use
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, misuse registration forms, attempt to access admin or private areas, interfere with website security or operation, or upload or submit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
Tournament Registration
Tournament registration does not guarantee approval. LUFT may approve, reject, or remove teams at its discretion for reasons including incomplete or false information, duplicate or suspicious registrations, rule violations, misconduct, capacity limits, safety concerns, or organizational needs.
Team captains are responsible for ensuring all submitted player information is accurate.
Captain Responsibility
The captain is responsible for communicating LUFT updates to the team, ensuring players follow tournament rules, confirming player availability, ensuring players are eligible to participate, and getting parent or guardian permission for any player under 18.
Player Conduct
Players and teams must behave respectfully toward opponents, organizers, referees, spectators, and LUFT staff.
LUFT may remove or disqualify players or teams for abuse, threats, harassment, violence, cheating, dishonest conduct, repeated rule violations, unsafe behavior, damage to property, or any conduct harmful to LUFT or the tournament.
Tournament Rules and Decisions
Tournament formats, fixtures, match schedules, scoring, qualification rules, and bracket decisions are managed by LUFT.
LUFT may change schedules, formats, rules, or match arrangements when needed due to weather, venue issues, team availability, safety, or operational reasons. Organizer decisions may be final where necessary to keep the tournament fair and running.
Photos, Videos, and Publicity
By attending or participating in LUFT events, you agree that LUFT may capture and use photos, videos, team names, player names, match scores, highlights, and tournament results on luft-vb.com, LUFT social media accounts, promotional posts, tournament recap content, and future event material.

Health and Safety
Volleyball involves physical activity and risk of injury. Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for determining whether they are fit to play.
LUFT is not responsible for injuries, illness, loss, or damage except where required by law.
Payments and Fees
If a tournament includes fees, payment terms, refund rules, and deadlines will be communicated separately for that tournament. Unless stated otherwise, missing a deadline may result in loss of registration priority or removal from the tournament.

LUFT owns or controls the website content, branding, design, tournament pages, photos, videos, graphics, and written material, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reuse, or publish LUFT content for commercial purposes without permission.
